Vickie is the Office Manager and received her certification in Medical Office Management in March 2006. She also handles the insurance claims and billing. She has 17 years of medical office experience through her employment with University Medical Center and Covenant Medical Group and also with other private practice physicians in the city of Lubbock. She stays well informed and educated with various seminars and newsletters made available by the medical associations. For questions you may have about your insurance billing, please call the office.

Crystal is the Patient Account Representative.  She will be happy to look at your account with you and explain your balance. She will also work out  a payment arrangement with you.. Please give her a call at the office today!

Michele is one of our Medical Assistants. She recieved her training and certification from Texas Careers here in Lubbock.  She takes great pride in the care and comfort she gives to your child while preparing them for their visit with the doctor.
